It can be confusing for the average person to try to diagnose a toxic partner because all the cluster B's shares similarities. Medical diagnosis is so important but unfortunately a cluster b, unless forced by family or the courts, will not go to get a diagnosis. My abuser told me the VA diagnosed him with bipolar but at the end of our relationship the psychologist in jail rehab diagnosed him with ASPD and malignant narcissism. the nature of their disordered actually keep them form admitting they are a cluster b.
