The entire Twin flame concept is toxic. It's all glorified abuse. That being said I reject the idea that any of my soulmats are narcissists. Soulmates are those you have strong connections with. Some stay some leave and can cause pain but it's for growth. Abuse isn't growth. It's trauma and putting a spiritual label on it doesn't change that.
