I was madly in love with a covert/vulnerable narcissist..he never called me names or screamed at me..his rages were always via text and not often..he treated me like a “friend with benefits” Coverts are insidious in their abuse..that man damaged my sense of self worse than my alcoholic husband and myvex sociopath abuser..it’s crazy how they quietly poison us..
