The New Supply is Now My Sister in Survival
About a year ago I discovered my ex-abuser had captured another great woman in his web of deception. A sickening feeling of dread coiled in my stomach. He was going to hurt her.
Most “experts” will advise you not to warn the new supply but rather to just let it go and move forward in your recovery. I understood the reasoning behind this, except I could not move forward knowing another woman was in danger. I know my abuser very well and I recognized that this new woman was not safe. My conscience would not let me rest.
I had to reach out to her!
If you have not read I Warned The New Supply, go read it then come back here for the update on my story.
My abuser had wasted no time shoring up for himself a new supply. He moved right into her brand new house and began slowly and methodically taking over her life. He believed he had hit the gold mine with his new victim. She was a divorced empty nester looking for a fresh start in life.
He swooped right in, using his beautiful smile and false charm to woo her into trusting him. He was walking on cloud nine because he had found another empathic, conscientious woman to con. He was completely secure in his delusional sociopathic mind that he was winning.
